I have been asked again by the University to help deliver a lecture for the final year planning planning students. Last year myself and a Manchester based planning consultant delivered a seminar on the differences working within the public and private sector. This year the lecture will feature on ‘development management’, or as most people know it to be ‘development control’ and the world of dealing with planning applications.
